Meridian Living Center has been providing services to Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disability Since 1989. Currently we are a Medicaid provider for Intermediate Care Facility/IDD, Home Community Services (HCS), Community First Choice (CFC), The Texas home Living (TxHmL), and contracted by Texas Health and Human Service Commission to provide Home and Community Based Services for Adult Mental Health. We offer a range of services and support to Individuals with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness all designed to help each Individual reach their best potential. We work to instill hope and empower our consumers to manage their symptoms and reclaim their lives and relationships.
